Return & Exchange Policy

General conditions

• Customers may request return or exchange within 3  days from receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories.
• Damaged items due to misuse are not eligible.
• Some products (such as Hijab - Custom made abayas ) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Costs

• The customer bears shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless the error is from the Store.
• In case of manufacturing defects, the Store covers all costs.

Processing mechanism

• Processing takes 7 business days after receiving the item.
• Refunds are issued via the same payment method within 14 business days after approval.
